At Promo Gear, we are a team of creative problem-solvers who love using our skills to support you and your business goals. David has spent years in the promotional product space, supporting brands to discover what they need and how to roll it all out perfectly. He bought Promo Gear in 2015 with excitement to support business owners for better promotional outcomes.

As well as supporting our business owner clientele, David was excited to support the experienced Promo Gear team. Today, Promo Gear is known for its high level of professionalism and comprehensive support across the promotional space. With our Office Manager, Stephanie’s production knowledge, our Marketing & Design Manager, Kelli’s 30 years in design, and our account executive, Mark’s 25 years in promotions, we are well-equipped to support you and your next promotional campaign.

David Hulett

Director

David is a proud Jagera man from Meanjin (Brisbane) and comes from humble beginnings. With a wealth of knowledge and 25+ years’ experience in branding and product procurement, David is a veteran of the promotional products industry. A keen believer in assisting clients from concept to delivery, David is often invited to work with clients from initial concept stage to ensure branding requirements and product delivery are successfully aligned. David has desire to help, is creatively inspired and loves to problem solve. This philosophy is the key to David’s success in providing outstanding service, products and clothing for key clients and large-scale events for over two decades.

Stephanie Stewart, Office Manager

OFFICE MANAGER

Stephanie has been with Promo Gear since 2013 and has worked from humble beginnings in the Warehouse to Office manager. Having worked her way up through each department within the company, she can perform duties anywhere from Freight, Supply & Distribution roles through to Accounts. Stephanie is very organised and process driven which has been evident in her creation of several processes and procedures implemented within Promo Gear. Having a solid drive to succeed, strong work ethic, and great attention to detail, she has made a noticeable contribution to the success of Promo Gear over the years she has been part of our team.

With a strong attention to detail and an affinity for problem-solving, Mark has earnt the trust of several key clients. Susy is confident in achieving champion administrative efficiencies and thrives working in this fast-paced role. Susy’s extensive experience, skill set and knowledge significantly contributes to the success of our Production and Quality Control Team here and Promo Gear.

Kelli comes from both a Government and promotional products industry background with a wealth of marketing and graphic design knowledge. Kelli has been actively involved in the successful delivery of large State Government campaigns and initiatives through marketing and design and has been heavily involved in government branding. As a qualified graphic designer, her creative and imaginative ability is evident in the way she communicates ideas that inspire and captivate her audience.

Hannah has over 8 years’ experience in the promotional products industry through supplier and distributor sales roles. She utilises her broad knowledge of branding methods, products and manufacturing to build effective supplier relationships, which assists in her strive to exceed customer expectations. Hannah’s strong attention to detail, problem-solving, organisation and communication skills are evident in the coordination of all aspects of production and her ability to meet and beat deadlines

Pheobe is quite new to the industry and manages to thrive as our part time professional all-rounder. Pheobe successfully balances her duties at Promo Gear while completing a degree in Psychology. She continues to prove to be a very useful addition to the Promo Gear team. With her devotion to process and organisation, she has fit in perfectly to her role of organising and monitoring stock and inventory programs. Pheobe plays a vital role in liaising with Warehouse, Production, and Sales to develop strategies for effective product storage and distribution.

New to the promotional products industry, Baillie has proved to be a quick learner in the warehouse with her keen attention to detail, efficient handling, and ability to optimize space and resources, to guarantee products are readily available for timely delivery to clients. Baillie plays a vital role in liaising with other departments, such as production, and sales, to better understand client requirements and develop strategies for effective product storage and distribution.  Baillie works to ensure smooth and efficient operation in receiving, quality control, storing, and dispatching of promotional merchandise.
