The personal information you provide to Promo Gear will be used to process your order. Relevant information may be disclosed to third party service provides (eg courier companies) by Promo gear for the provision of this service.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are 14 day from date of invoice for approved accounts. For new customers, a 50% deposit is required with the order and balance of payment is due before delivery.
Payment can be made by Cheque, Eftpos, Direct Debit, Cash or Credit Card.
Credit Card Processing
Payment can be made by credit card. We accept Master Card, Visa Card and American Express.
Return of Goods
Promo Gear will replace or refund any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. All claims are to be made within 14 days of receipt of stock.
