Custom Made Products
Most products can be custom made direct from overseas factories. Minimum quantities apply and longer lead times of 6-12 weeks are required depending on the product. The advantages of custom making are more competitive prices, and the ability to modify the product to suit your requirements.
Custom made overseas is often referred to as "Indent".
Caps are probably the most common product that is custom made. This is because the savings can be substantial.
Case Study
 The cap featured embroidered locally in Australia might cost $10.00 + GST
Produced as an Indent product, this cap could cost only $5.00 + GST
The Indent product is less than half price!
Note minimum quantities of about 300 caps apply. The greater the cap numbers the better the price. Delivery takes 6-8 weeks.
Indent caps can be decorated in many more ways than locally. This is because the cap is printed or embroidered on the panels before it is sewn into a cap. The attached image presents some of the options available for custom making caps.
The same process applies to most products such as bags, polo shirts, jackets etc.
